At Vela Restudio, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand periods (such as collection drops), processing times may be extended.
- If a order is marked under preorder, it may take up to 3 months, as production starts after the order is placed
Shipping Times & Rates
- We offer different shipping rates and speeds.
- Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Once shipped, Velare studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
- Any shipping issues must be handled with the carrier.
Address Errors
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
